Three of Pentacles upright meaning
Inside a church, a young stonemason stands on a low bench, chisel in hand, working on an arch. Below him two people stand and talk to him: a monk, and a figure in a long patterned cloak holding up a sheet of plans. Three coins are carved into the stone of the arch above them. The craftsman is listening. They are listening to him. Nobody is in charge of everyone else.
Upright, the Three of Pentacles means something gets built with help. A project, a career, a home, a relationship. It also means your skill is being noticed by people who can do something with it. The interview goes well because you know your work. The team pulls together.
The card is practical about it. You need the plans, the skill and the people who will pay for it, all in the same room. When those three line up, the work holds up for a long time. That is what the church is there to say.
