Your casting arrives by email: a photograph of your candle at the altar, and a written report of what I did and what I felt move, including the times it burned badly, because that tells us something too.
The orange one fought me at the start. It threw black smoke for a long stretch and left a heavy deposit of soot on the glass. What matters is not that the soot is there, it is where it sits.

Every order gets both. The photograph is of your candle, and the report says how it burned, including when it burned badly.
No birth date, no charts, no story.
Most shops want your birth date, a photograph and the whole story, then hand back what you already told them, arranged differently.
I ask for first names, yours and theirs if there is someone else in it. A photo helps me hold you in mind but is not required. What I write back comes from the candle and not from what you told me.
What I stand behind is the work and what comes back to you: the candle burned at my altar the same day, the photograph of it, and the report of how it burned. If something is not right, write to me within thirty days and I'll make it right.
