Queen of Pentacles upright meaning

A queen sits on a stone throne carved with fruit, goat heads and cherubs, in a garden thick with flowers. Roses hang over her head. She holds a large pentacle in her lap with both hands and looks down at it tenderly. In the corner, a rabbit sits in the grass.

Upright, the card means abundance you can feel. A full fridge, a warm house, bills paid, people fed. It is a card of comfort built by someone who knows how to manage money and time and still have something left to give.

As a person, the Queen of Pentacles is the one everyone goes to. They remember birthdays, carry a bandage in their bag, know what things cost. They are grounded, sensual, generous, and they do not make a fuss about it. They love through doing.

Reversed, the Queen is still taking care of everyone, and her own garden is going dry. Most often it means burnout from caring. You feed people, cover for people, pay for people, and nobody is looking after you.
