What is this?
Candle work set at my altar for your intention. Nothing is shipped to you. You receive a photograph of your candle and a written report.
When will it be done?
Same day as standard. Same day rush moves you to the front of the queue.
What do I need to give you?
First names, yours and theirs. A photo if you have one. No birth date, no documents.
What do I get back?
A photograph of your candle at the altar, a written report of what I did and what I felt move, and one affirmation to hold. It all comes to the email you use at checkout. Reply to it with questions and I answer.
How does it actually work?
I dress and carve the candle, set your petition, and burn it through at my altar. Then I write you the truth about how it burned.
Why you?
I have kept a working altar for years and I cast the old way. By hand, by me, one intention at a time. You see the candle that was burned for you and you read what it did, and if that is not what arrives you get your money back.
Where do I pay?
Right here. Each casting button opens a secure checkout on the page. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in USD, you give me the names there, and the receipt comes straight to your email. Your card details never touch this site.
Do you need my birth date or a chart?
No. First names, yours and theirs if there is someone else in it. A photo helps me hold you in mind but is not required.
What is your guarantee?
The work, and my word. Your candle is cast at my altar the same day, photographed and written up, and if you are not happy with what comes back, write to me within thirty days and I'll make it right, no matter what: a re-cast or a closer look first, and if it still isn't right, a partial or full refund will be considered.
What if the candle burns badly?
Then the report says so. A bad burn tells us something too, and I would rather write that down than send you a nicer sentence.
Which casting should I choose?
Single Candle is for one named thing that is already in motion. Double Casting is for something that has been stuck for months: the first candle clears the road and the second calls it in.
What will you not cast?
Anything touching health, illness or lifespan. Anything about pregnancy. Anything aimed at a person under eighteen. Anything meant to harm a body. Ask for one of these and I refund you rather than take it on.
Do you offer monthly plans?
Two, both added when you order. Kept Lit, with some castings: I relight your candle every new moon and send a photo and a short report, $19 a month. Keep Watch, with a tarot reading: I read your question again every month and send my new moon reading, $17 a month. Both start a month after your order.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Log in to your account, open Subscriptions and press cancel next to the plan. No further payments are taken from that moment. Or reply to any email from me and I cancel it for you the same day. Open my subscriptions
What happens to the month I already paid for?
You keep it. If you cancel halfway through, I still do the work for the month you paid for.
