Six of Pentacles upright meaning
A merchant in a red robe holds a pair of scales in one hand. With the other he drops coins into the cupped hands of a man kneeling in front of him. A second kneeling man waits, hands out, and gets nothing yet. Six pentacles float above them.
Upright, the card means help arrives. A loan, a raise, a gift, a favor, someone who has more giving some of it to you. Or you are the one with the scales, and you can afford to be generous. Either way, it is a card of things moving between people the way they should.
The scales matter. This is generosity measured out, not thrown around. Someone is deciding who gets what, and how much. When it works, it is fair. When you are the second man, still waiting, it can feel less fair, and the card shows that too.
